Hi everyone!
Last time I had completed the second (and first full) column on Starry Night:
This time I stitched the neighboring column:
I'm really pleased that I'm working on one column at a time (with some leftovers if I only have a little floss left on the needle...). And, yes, I'm working on other projects, which bring me faster joy. So in three weeks I plan on finishing that next column to the left.
Until then, join me and check out what my fellow stitchers -- Avis, Claire, Kathy, Margaret, Megan, Deborah, Sharon, Daisy, Cathie, Linda, Mary Margaret, Cindy, Helen -- have been up to. We all do very different projects but it's always inspiring.

I knew I was going to love this one :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Avis! It's going to be a long haul, so hopefully you won't get bored looking at it!
DeleteYou are working quite quickly on this. I love the colors.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cathie! These blues and yellow are so beautiful to stitch.
Deleteglad to see the one column at a time method is working for you!
ReplyDeleteIt's enough to be challenging -- like I can't just "do it at the last minute" -- without being overwhelming. So I really like it!
DeleteThis is such an iconic picture and you are doing it proud 🥰
ReplyDeleteThank you Sharon! Just like when I stitched "Great Wave", I feel like I really get to know the details of the painting.
